The Hemingway Distillery, makers of Papa’s Pilar Rum, is located in the heart of Old Town Key West, just steps off Duval at the corner of Green and Simonton St. We offer tastings of our award winning rums, tours of the distillery, and other experiences like our famous cocktail classes and live music.
