Start each day at the CRIC 2025 Welcome Center, located in the iconic Key West Historic Seaport, your hub for information and excitement throughout the event. Enjoy thrilling snorkel trips, sunset sails, and unforgettable all-day sea adventures.

Kick off the celebrations on Friday, April 18th, at the lively Opening Ceremony at Mallory Square, featuring live music and a vibrant conch shell-horn salute. Later, don't miss the famed Conch Shell Blowing Contest at Schooner Wharf Bar, where you’ll party with pirates under the stars!

On Saturday, April 19th, shop unique, locally-crafted treasures at the 41st Annual Conch Republic Art & Craft Duval Street Fair, or join the popular Conch Crawl Pub Stroll featuring cocktails at seven historic Key West saloons—complete with a collectible T-shirt! Later, cheer on flamboyant racers during the hilarious CR Drag Races on Duval.

Witness a playful reenactment of the famous Great Sea Battle on Friday, April 25th, alongside Mallory Square. Watch from premier locations like Ocean Key Resort & Spa's Sunset Pier, as the Conch Republic's whimsical forces take on the US Coast Guard in this humorous maritime spectacle.
